CIRRUS SR-20飞机座舱环境系统工作原理以及故障分析

摘要 SR20飞机是笔者单位2012年引进的同时兼具制热和制冷的机型,机身为全复合材料的先进训练机,完全改变了国内小型训练机没有制冷系统的传统,但是国外厂家提供的飞机环境系统资料少,给维修带来很大困难。根据这几年的维修经验和大机群的可靠性数据统计简要分析了SR20飞机空调系统的常见故障和维护注意事项,以期做到资源共享。 SR20 aircraft is the introduction of the unit in 2012 whileboth heat and cooling of the model, the fuselage for the full composite of advanced training machine, completely changed the domestic small training machine no refrigeration system, but foreign manufacturers to provide the aircraft environment system information, to repair a lot of difficulties. In this paper, according to the maintenance experience and the reliability data of the large cluster, this paper analyzes the common faults and maintenance of SR20 air conditioning system, in order to achieve resource sharing.
