国外发展农村基础教育的举措、问题与启示

Developing Countryside Basic Education:Foreign Countries' Measures,Problems and Enlightenment

国外很多国家采取了设立专项基金、提高教师待遇、整合小规模学校等措施,大力发展农村基础教育,取得了很好的效果。然而,一些措施脱离了农村的实际,又导致了一些学校发展困难、教育定位出现偏差、学生上学路途远等问题。新时期我国发展农村基础教育,应借鉴和吸取国外的经验教训,不断加大对农村基础教育的投入、合理布局学校网络、加强师资队伍建设、科学设置教学课程等。

In order to develop countryside basic education,many foreign countries take measures such as setting up special fund,improving the treatment of teachers,merging small- scale schools,etc. and good result is gained. However,some measures are divorced from the actual situation in rural areas,and resulted in some problems such as the difficulties of school development,the deviation of educational orientation,the long distance from students’ homes to school. and etc. In the new period,the development of our countryside basic education should learn from other countries’ experience,increase countryside basic education inputs,distribute school network rationally,reinforce teaching staff construction,design curriculum,and so on.
