对中亚国家经济的几点思考

Reflections on the Economy of Central Asian Countries

中亚五国经济属于资源型小国开放经济,经济发展的对外依存度高,经济自主性差,输入型增长和易受外部冲击是中亚五国经济的普遍特征。受制于国内市场规模和产业规模,创新驱动和技术推进的经济增长很难获得发展的条件,对外开放、加入区域分工体系、通过改善投资环境实现投资促进的增长是可行的选择。中亚国家经济开放的方向选择和竞争优势定位决定着未来一段时间这些国家的经济前景。

The five Central Asian countries,small and resource- based,epitomize high rate of foreign reliance,low level of economic self- sufficiency,imported growth, and being subject to exterior impact. Constrained by the capacity of domestic markets and scale of industry, the precondition for innovation and technology advancement is hardly available. These countries need to open up and achieve investment- propelled growth.
