摘要
目的探讨心理授权对肿瘤医院护士工作疲溃感的影响。方法采用心理授权量表和工作疲溃感量表对668名肿瘤医院临床护士进行调查。结果肿瘤医院护士的心理授权总分为(3.75±0.54)分,工作疲溃感总分为(63.24±8.57)分;护士心理授权中工作自主性和自我效能两个维度是肿瘤医院护士工作疲溃感的主要影响因素(R^2=0.274)。结论肿瘤医院护士的心理授权水平较低,工作疲溃感程度较重,护理管理者应当采取适当措施提高护士心理授权水平可以有效缓解护士工作疲溃感。
Objective To investigate the influence of psychological empowerment on job burnout of nurses in the cancer hospital. Methods Totally, 668 nurses in a cancer hospital were investigated using the psychological empewerment scale and job burnout scale. Results Cancer hospital nurses'score of psy- chological empewerment was (3.75 ± 0.54), score of job burnout was (63.24 ± 8.57). Independent work and self - efficacy dimension in psychological empow- erment were influencing factors of burnout among cancer hospital nurses ( R2 = 0.274). Conclusion The psychological empowerment of nurses in cancer hospi- tal is relatively low, and their job burnout is rather severe. Improving the level of nurseg psychological empowerment can effectively relieve job burnout.
