维持性血液透析患者生活质量及其影响因素的研究进展

Research progress on the level and influencing factors of quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

文章综述了维持性血液透析患者生活质量的测量工具,包括简明健康状况调查问卷、肾脏疾病特异性调查表和肾脏疾病生活质量量表,并从社会人口学因素、疾病相关因素、心理因素、社会支持因素等方面分析了维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响因素及其对策,以期为今后的护理工作提供依据。

The paper reviewed the measuring tools of quality of life among maintenance hemodialysis patients including the MOS 36 -item Short Form Health Survey （ MOS SF - 36 ）, kidney disease questionnaire （KDQ） and kidney disease quality of life short form （ KDQOL - SFTM）. Meanwhile,it analyzes the influencing factors of quality of life among maintenance hemodialysis patients and provided some suggestions from three aspects which are social and demographic factors, disease related factors, psychological factors and social support factors.
