SWOT视角下提高护理人员科研素养的思考与对策

The thoughts and countermeasures of improving scientific research capacity of nurses in SWOT perspective

目的探讨地市级三级医院开展护理科研的自身及其外部因素并提出应对策略。方法采用SWOT态势分析法对地市级三级医院开展护理科研的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁4个方面进行分析。结果地市级三级医院护理人员开展科研活动的优势是护理人员临床经验丰富、科研范围广泛;劣势是护理人员科研基础薄弱,工作压力大,高层次人才缺乏;机遇是医疗科研发展带动护理科研开展,护理人员整体素质提升;威胁是职称晋升政策变化弱化了部分护士的科研行为。结论通过SWOT态势分析法,进一步提高地市级三级医院护理人员科研素养的措施,需兼顾内部和外在环境,包括加强护理科研规范化管理,构建多元化护理科研框架,帮助护理人员树立开展护理科研的正确理念,给予政策、经费支持等。

Objective To discuss the internal and external factors of nursing research in the municipal tertiary hospitals and put forward coping strategies. Methods SWOT method was used to analyze the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats on carrying out nursing research in the municipal tertiary hospitals. Results The advantages of carrying out scientific research by nursing members in the municipal tertiary hospitals were nursing members＇rich clinical experience, and wide scopes of scientific research. The disadvantages were weak nursing research foundation, high work pressure, and the lack of high - level tal- ents. The opportunities were the development of medical scientific research could promote the development of nursing scientific research, and improve nursing members＇ overall quality. The threat was the changes of title promotion policy weakened the part of nurses＇seieiatifie research behaviors. Conclusion Measures to improve nurses＇ scientific research quality should be taken in the municipal tertiary hospitals through the SWOT analysis, including both internal and external en- vironments, strengthening standardized management of nursing research, the construction of diversified nursing research framework, helping nursing staff to estab- lish the correct concept of nursing research,and giving policies and fundings to support nurses to do research.
