宫颈癌患者病耻感现状及其相关影响因素分析

Influencing factors of disease stigma among cervical cancer patients

目的调查宫颈癌患者病耻感的现状,探讨其影响因素。方法采用社会影响量表(the social impact scale,SIS)和患者人口学资料调查问卷对206例宫颈癌患者进行调查,并分析影响宫颈癌患者病耻感相关因素。结果宫颈癌患者SIS得分为(68.04±17.36)分。患者年龄、个人月收入、工作情况、文化程度是影响其病耻感的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者病耻感处于中等偏高水平,且影响因素较多。加强心理干预和健康指导及建立社会支持系统,对降低宫颈癌患者病耻感水平及提高其生活质量具有积极的意义。

Objective To investigate the status of disease stigma among patients with cervical cancer and explore the influencing factors. Method Two hundred and six patients with cervical cancer participated in the study by the social impact scale（SIS） and general information questionnaire and the relevant factors were analyzed. Results The average score of SIS was（68.04 ± 17.36）.The influencing factors included the following factors age, marriage, income, profession, education and disease course（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The stigma in patients with cervical cancer is at a higher level and the influencing factors are diverse. It is significant to relieve their stigma and better their quality of life by strengthening psychological intervention and health instruction and establishing social support system.
