自拟补肺合剂对COPD稳定期患者肺功能的影响

The Effect of Self-made Bufei Compound in Treating the Pulmonary Function of Patients in the Stable Stage of COPD

目的:探讨自拟中药汤剂补肺合剂治疗COPD稳定期肺功能Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者在临床的应用疗效,继而提高中药在治疗COPD稳定期的临床应用。方法:通过临床观察并进行相关数据统计,初期筛选后即进入为期2周洗脱期,洗脱期结束后,统计观察病例数72例,患者进入为期2个月的随机、安慰剂对照试验,结束后随访6个月。结果:2组治疗2个月后,治疗组与对照组临床疗效比较,肺功能下降程度、COPD急性加重次数和程度、6MWD测评均有统计学意义。结论:中药能够提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生存质量,减少其急性加重期发作次数,改善其肺通气功能,证实了早期COPD稳定期中医综合治疗方案的疗效和安全性。

Objective： To observe the effect of self-made Bufei compound in treating the pulmonary function of patients in the stable stage of COPD I, II level and to improve clinical medicine application in the treatment of stable COPD. Methods： statistics and clinical data, initial screening after entering the two-week washout period, after the end of the elution. Statistical observation number of cases 72 cases, patients entered a two-month randomized, placebocontrolled trial, after the end of the follow-up of 6 months. Results： The two groups after 2 months of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group compared with the control group, the degree of decline in lung function, COPD exacerbations and extent, 6MWD evaluation were statistically significant. Conclusion： Chinese medicine can improve the quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, reducing the number of episodes of acute exacerbations, improve pulmonary function, confirmed the efficacy and safety of early stable COPD TCM comprehensive treatment programs.
