三子六君汤加味治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Acute Exacerbation Phase of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Modifi ed Sanziliujun Decoction

目的:观察三子六君汤加味联合西医基础治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)痰湿阻肺型患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的67例AECOPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组33例仅予以西医基础(抗生素、解痉、化痰等)治疗;观察组34例在对照组基础上加用三子六君汤加味的中药煎剂治疗。观察治疗前、治疗2周后患者临床症状、肺功能FEV1、FEV1占预计值百分比、FEV1/FVC等指标变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者肺功能指标有明显改善,观察组的FEV1、FEV1%预计值、FEV1/FVC改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三子六君汤加味对急性加重期的慢性阻塞性肺疾病中痰湿阻肺型患者具有显著疗效,对于患者的肺功能及其他症状具有较好的改善作用。

Aim：To observe the clinical effect of modified Sanziliujun Decoction plus Western medicine basic therapy on the patients in the type of phlegm-stamp obstructing lung in the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods：Classify the 67 qualified AECOPD patients randomly into the observation group and contrast group. Contrast group：apply the basic western therapy to treat the 33 cases, including antibiotics, spasmolysis, phlegm reduction, etc. Observation group：Apply modified Sanziliujun Decoction with western basic therapy to treat the 34 cases. Observe the index for the patients＇ clinical symptoms, FEV1, the percentage of FEV1 to the predicted value, FEV1/FVC before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. Result：The total effective rate in the observation group is superior to that of the contrast group （ P〈0.05 ）. After treatment, the lung function index significantly improves in the 2 groups. The FEV 1, FEV 1% and FEV 1/FVC are superior to the contrast group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Modified Sanziliujun Decoction has significant curative effect for the type of phlegm-stamp obstructing lung in the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and has good amelioration effect for the improving the lung function and other symptoms of patients.
