穴位埋线对纤维肌痛综合征患者SOD、MDA的影响

Effect of Acupoint Catgut Embedding on the SOD and MDA in the Fibromyalgia Syndrome Patients

目的:观察穴位埋线法对纤维肌痛综合征患者SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、MDA(丙二醛)的影响及疗效。方法:将105例纤维肌痛综合征的患者随机分为穴位埋线组(A组)、西药组(B组)和穴位埋线加西药组(C组)3组,各35例。A组选穴背俞穴的肝俞、脾俞、肾俞、膈俞为主穴,阿是穴4穴为配穴,每周操作1次;B组选用阿米替林,从每日25mg开始使用,可缓慢增加至50mg为止,每晚睡前1次口服;C组为上述2种方法联合应用。3组疗程均为8周,观察治疗前后SOD、MDA的变化,并通过VAS(visual analogusscale视觉类比表)评分对压痛点的变化评定疗效。结果:99例完成了8周的临床观察。3组治疗后SOD、MDA、压痛点数与VAS值较治疗前均有统计学意义;C组治疗后与A组、B组治疗后SOD、MDA、压痛点数与VAS值有统计学意义;治疗后C组的愈显率明显优于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义。结论:埋线加西药治疗纤维肌痛综合征患者能明显升高SOD,降低MDA,较单纯穴位埋线或西药疗效更佳。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding in treating fibromyalgia syndrome（FMS） and impact on serum superoxide olismutuse （SOD） and malondialdehyde index（MDA）. Methods： 105patients with FMS were randomly divided into acupoint catgut embedding group（group A） , Amitriptyline group （group B） and acupoint catgut embedding combined with Amitriptyline（group C）. There were 35 patients in each group. The treatment of group A was produced by 4 back-shu points and 4 A-shi points, once each week, and the medicine therapy by oral administration of Amitriptyline, once each day. The treatment continued for 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment , compare the serum levels of SOD, MDA , evaluate the clinical curative effect＇ through Visual Analoge Scale（VAS） to analyze the numbers of pain points. Result： 99 patients（33 patients in each group） completed the study. Difference of SOD, MDA, the numbers of pain points and VAS in 3 groups before and after the treatment has a significantly meaning（P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the above observation data of group C were significantly super to that of group A and group B. Difference between combination treatment method and other two methods after treatment has a significantly meaning（P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Acupoint catgut embedding combined with Amitriptyline on FMS can, increase the level of SOD and decrease the level of MDA, has better clinical curative efficacy and safety.
