摘要
In 2000, I headed a research group for Canada as part of our review with the implementation of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and the proposed amendments to the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China. The Canadian who greeted us said cordially, "We should learn from China in terms of strengthening enterprise competitiveness and implementing corporate social responsibility. We should encourage more enterprises to set up nurseries and kindergartens for their employees, so their employees won't worry about their children. Thus, enterprises can strengthen their competitiveness and enhance their cohesion."
