肥胖——癌症与代谢综合征的共同危险因素 被引量:4

摘要 肥胖是代谢综合征绪多因素:高血压、脂代谢紊乱、血栓前状态、糖尿病……的源头,其危害将导致心血管疾病,现已证实心脑血管事件是人类的"头号杀手",2002年WHO统计全世界每年死于冠心病者715.7万,卒中者547.2万;见2007年版心脏病与卒中统计公布的人类主要死亡原因(表1)([1])。因此人们比喻称"代谢综合"征中为"富态癌",表达了代谢综合征的危害地位。近几年大量研究看到肥胖与心血管疾病密切相关,同样看到癌症与肥胖也密切相关。
