摘要 在世界范围内,头颈癌发病占全身恶性肿瘤发病的第6位,并有逐年增高的趋势.从临床病理学研究的角度看,头颈癌最常见的病理类型为鳞状细胞癌（简称鳞癌）,约占头颈癌的90％以上[1].多年来,头颈鳞癌的治疗方法一直以手术治疗为主,但单纯手术控制中晚期头颈鳞癌的效果远不够理想.尽管放化疗等手段和技术在不断引入,但头颈鳞癌患者的总体5年生存率在近些年没有得到显著提高.
