潜艇水润滑机械密封摩擦副材料性能的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 从潜艇机械密封摩擦副的实际应用出发 ,对多种摩擦配对材料进行了实验室摩擦性能筛选试验和台架耐久性试验。研究表明 ,2Cr13喷涂硬质合金、2Cr13喷涂陶瓷分别与浸巴氏合金石墨配对时 。 Based on the practical application of water lubricating mechanical seal, the wear mechanism of several matches of frictional materials is studied and tested. The results show that the friction matches of Steel 2Cr13 sprayed with hard metal alloy or Steel 2Cr13 sprayed with ceramics and graphite impregnated with Babbitt alloy have excellent wear resisting properties.
