摘要
“黄连1号”是采用系统选育法从镇坪黄连农家种群体中选育出的新品种。干品产量0．19kg·m^-2，比当地农家种增产11．35％。干燥根茎含小檗碱6．6％、表小檗碱1．1％、黄连碱2．0％、巴马汀1．5％。全生育期约293d。适宜秦巴山区海拔800—1200m林荫地及同类生态区种植。
Huanglian I （Coptis chinensis） is a new variety bred through systematic breeding method among the rural varieties in Zhenping County, Shaanxi Province. The dry goods production of Huanglian I is 0. 19 kg. m-2, which has increased by 11.35% compared with local rural varieties. Dried rootstock of Huanglian I contains 6. 6% berberine, 1.1% epiberberine, 2. 0% Coptisine and 1.5% palmatine. The whole growth period of Huanglian I lasts approximately 293 days. Forested lands and other similar ecological zones at an elevation of 800 to 1200 meters within Qinling-Daba Mountains area would be ideal locations for planting this variety.
