栀子褐斑病抑菌药剂筛选 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对引起栀子褐斑病的病原菌葡萄座腔菌Botryosphaeriadothidea抑菌药剂进行室内筛选试验,研究常用杀菌剂对病原菌菌丝生长的抑制作用。方法:选用常见的17种杀菌剂,通过菌丝生长抑制方法,分别对病原菌进行抑菌效果测定,并建立药剂浓度和抑制率的毒力回归方程,通过方程计算EC50,筛选出有效的抑菌药剂,为防治该病的发生提供理论依据。结果:除了氯霉素、盐酸四环素、链霉素、寡糖链蛋白之外,其他药剂均对葡萄座腔菌有不同程度的抑制作用,其中以多菌灵的杀菌效果最好,回归方程为Y=1.10X+5.88(r=0.990,EC50=0.31μg·m L^(-1)),其次为五硝多菌灵、百菌清、甲基硫菌灵、咪鲜三环唑,回归方程分别为Y=1.26X+5.14(r=0.995,EC50=1.34μg·m L^(-1))、Y=1.12X+3.66(r=0.956,EC50=6.65μg·m L^(-1))、Y=1.27X+3.94(r=0.984,EC50=9.89μg·m L^(-1))、Y=2.04X+3.41(r=0.913,EC50=9.95μg·m L^(-1))。结论:筛选出了抑制褐斑病病原菌的有效药剂。 Objective: Common fungicides were screened indoor to study their inhibitory effect to mycelial growth of Botryosphaeria, which proved the pathogenic fungus of brown blotch in gardenia. Methods: Chose 17 common fungicides, determined their inhibitory effect by mycelial growth inhibition method and established toxicity regression equation of agent concentration and inhibition ratio. The EC50 was calculated by the equation and effective fungicides were screened out accordingly, meanwhile, theoretical basis was provided for controlling the disease. Results: Except chloramphenicol, tetracycline hydroehloride, streptomycin and uligosaccharide chain protein, all the other agents were showed different inhibition to Botryosphaeria, of which the carbendazim had the best sterilizing effect with the regression equation was Y = 1.10X +5.88 ( r = 0. 990, EC50 = 0. 31 μg·mL^-1). The next were five nitrate carbendazim, chlorothalouil, thiophanatemethyl, prochloraztricyclazole, the regression equation were Y = 1.26X + 5.14 ( r = 0. 995, EC50 = 1.34 μg·mL^-1 ) , y = 1.12X+3.66(r=0.956, EC50=6.65 μg·mL^-1), Y=1.27X+3.94(r=0.984, EC50=9.89μg·mL^-1), Y=2.04X+ 3.41(r = 0. 913, EC50 = 9.95 μg·mL^-1) respectively. Conclude Screened out the effective fungicide to inhibit pathogenic fungus of brown blotch.
