摘要
目的分析轻度听力障碍婴幼儿的临床特征及早期干预的疗效。方法采用Gesell发育量表和听力学相关检查对75例轻度听力障碍婴幼儿(观察组)和30例正常听力婴幼儿(对照组)的语言、听力、认知能力进行评估,并对观察组治疗前后的语言、听力、认知能力进行评估。结果观察组治疗前言语能、应人能发育商(DQ)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后言语能、应人能DQ值高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论轻度听力障碍婴幼儿交流能力、语言能力和环境适应力均不及正常婴幼儿;干预时间越早对婴幼儿的听觉和语言康复越有益处。
Objective To analyze clinical features and curative effect by early intervention of mild hearing disorder infant. Methods Gesell developmental scale and audiology related test were taken to evaluate language, hearing and cognitive competence in 75 mild hearing disorder infants(observation group) and 30 normal infants(control group). Evaluation was also made on language, hearing and cognitive competence in the observation group before and after treatment. Results The observation group had lower language and respond development quotient(DQ) before treatment than the control group(P〈0.05), and the observation group had higher language and respond DQ after treatment than that before treatment(P〈0.05). Conclusion Mild hearing disorder infant has lower communicative, language competence and environmental adaptive ability than normal infant. Early intervention time is helpful for language and hearing recovery.
