间接血管重建术治疗侧支循环功能不全性缺血性脑血管病疗效观察

摘要 目的探究采用间接血管重建术对侧支循环功能不全性缺血性脑血管病的临床治疗效果。方法 58例侧支循环功能不全性缺血性脑血管病患者,随机分为对照组39例和观察组19例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组给予间接血管重建术。对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗后1个月美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于侧支循环功能不全性缺血性脑血管病患者给予间接血管重建术治疗可显著提高疗效,减少患者神经功能缺失,值得推广。 Objective To investigate clinical effect by indirect revascularization in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease with insufficient collateral circulation. Methods A total of 58 ischemic cerebrovascular disease with insufficient collateral circulation patients were randomly divided into control group with 39 cases and observation group with 19 cases. The control group received conventional drug therapy, and the observation group received indirect revascularization. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had obviously lower national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS) score after 1-month treatment than the control group(P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Implement of indirect revascularization in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease with insufficient collateral circulation can improve curative effect and decrease neurological deficit. This method is worth promoting.
