对国家教育考试机构队伍法治化建设的思考

Reflections on the Legalization of State Education Examination Institutions

各级国家教育考试机构工作人员在管理、组织和实施考试过程中时常发生违法违纪现象,严重影响国家教育考试的公平公正与和谐稳定。究其根源主要是教育考试机构对依法治考不够重视、缺乏专业的法律人才,以及考试工作人员普遍欠缺法律知识和法律意识等。随着考生的维权意识越来越强,这些问题更加凸显。因此,建设一支专业化、法治化的教育考试管理队伍将是各级教育考试机构亟待解决的问题。

Staff illegalities and disciplinary offences happen now and then at state education examination institutions at all levels during the process of examination management, organization and implementation, seriously affecting the justice, harmony and stability of national education examinations. Its root is lack of emphasis education examination institutions place on managing examinations by law, lack of professional legal talent and lack of legal literacy and legal awareness of staff generally and so on. With examination participants and the society＇s growing consciousness of rights, these problems are becoming more prominent. Therefore, building a strong team managed by law will be an urgent issue for education examination institutions at all levels.
