摘要
对正丁烷氧化制顺酐传统反应器技术如固定床反应器、流化床反应器进行了评述,指出了传统反应器技术存在的问题,并从工业角度介绍了近几年新的反应器技术的研究进展情况。结合我国顺酐生产现状,认为固定床反应器技术是我国顺酐行业现阶段研究重点,并针对该技术存在的问题提出了解决方案。
The commercial reactor technologies for oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride are reviewed,including fixed-bed reactor technology and fluidized-bed reactor technology. The advantages and disadvantages of two different reactor technologies are analyzed. From the perspective of industrial application,the new reactor technology is introduced in detail. Based on the current situation of maleic anhydride production in China,the fixed-bed reactor technology is focused at present. The solutions of the existing problem in the fixed-bed reactor technology are also put forward.
