油田若干水站废水混合操作最优条件分析与工艺处理选择

摘要 国内油田每年产出大量采出废水,废水回注处理日益重要。在回注过程中常出现若干水站废水混合操作注入情况,废水混合操作导致水体二次污染问题。为此,分析了水样混合的显著特征;讨论了不同混合处理工艺的指标效果,流程β外输水总Fe质量浓度为0.2 mg/L,去除率达到94%,相比流程α降低了88%,处理效率更高;混合处理停留时间为2 h左右,温度为40℃,p H范围在7.0~7.5时,净化程度较高,操作效率最优。 Every year,a large amount of wastewater is produced in the domestic oil field. The wastewater reinjection treatment has become important increasingly. In the process of reinjection,the mixed injection phenomenon often occur,resulting in secondary water pollution. The important features of the water mixing problems are analyzed. The quality index of the effluent from different mixed treatment process are discussed. The content of total Fe is 0. 2 mg / l in effluent water through β process. The Fe removal rate reaches 94%,which is reduced by 88%,in comparison with that of αprocess. The high degree of purification and optimal operation efficiency can be achieved under the following conditions:about 2 hours of the residence time of the mixed treatment,40 C of temperature and 7. 0- 7. 5 of p H values.
