摘要 模拟新疆油田采油二厂油藏条件,利用碳酸钠、石油磺酸盐(KPS)以及梳形聚合物(KYPAM)配制弱碱三元复合体系(ASP)。评价了弱碱ASP的增黏性、界面张力及其稳定性;利用流变仪评价弱碱ASP剪切性能;同时测量了弱碱ASP的水动力学尺度。物理模拟实验对比相同黏度SP体系和弱碱ASP体系在不同渗透率岩心下的注入性。结果表明,AP体系的黏度比相同浓度碱和聚合物的ASP体系的黏度低;AS体系界面张力比相同浓度碱与表面活性剂的ASP体系界面张力小;且ASP在老化过程中黏度略微升高而界面张力保持稳定;ASP剪切后黏度保持率大于90%,剪切对体系弹性模量损失严重;1.0%Na2CO3、0.3%KPS和0.1%P的ASP体系水动力学尺度为0.45~0.50μm。岩心驱替实验表明,同黏度的ASP三元体系与AP二元体系,三元体系注入性明显较二元体系差。 The alkalescent alkaline / surfactant / polymer( ASP) system is prepared by using Na2Co3,petroleum sulfonate and comb polymer as raw materials based on reservoir condition of the 2nd oil production plant in Xinjiang oilfield. The viscosity,interfacial tension and long-term stability of the alkalescent ASP are investigated. The shearing performance of the alkalescent ASP is measured. And the hydrodynamic scale of the ASP system is also investigated. Core displacement experiments are carried out to evaluate the injection ability of the same viscosity of SP and ASP system. The results show that the viscosity of AP system is lower than that of ASP system with the same concentration of polymer and surfactant. The interfacial tension of AS is lower than that of ASP with the same concentration of Na2Co3 and surfactant.The viscosity of ASP has increased slightly and the interfacial tension has remained stable during the aging process. The ASP viscosity retention rates are more than 90% after shearing. And the elastic modulus of ASP suffers substantial loss due to shearing action. The hydrodynamic scale of ASP including 1. 0% Na2CO3,0. 3% KPS and 0. 1% polymer,is0. 45- 0. 50 μm. Core displacement experiments demonstrate that the injection ability of the ASP is obviously worse than that of AP.
