摘要 Barrett食管(Barrett's esophagus,BE)概念的提出距今已有60余年,而在这短短几十年内,人类对BE的认识不断提高,在BE的研究诊治方面也取得了极大的进展.BE本身并不引起临床症状,之所以受到广泛关注是因为BE为恶性肿瘤食管腺癌的癌前病变.因此我们将对该疾病提出到现在,人类认识该疾病的过程进行探讨,并将目前的研究热点进行罗列与分析,同时浅谈目前对BE患者进行食管腺癌筛查的现状,以便于广大临床医师全面认识该疾病的来龙去脉,从实践中寻找诊断和治疗该疾病更好的方法,从而在临床上做出有益于患者的治疗. It has been more than 60 years since the conceptof Barrett's esophagus(BE) was put forward,and over these a few decades,we have made great progress in the diagnosis and treatment of BE.BE does not cause clinical symptoms,but it attracts wide attention,because it is an important precursor lesion of esophageal adenocarcinoma.The purpose of this article is to review the process of the recognition of BE and the current research hotspots as well as to discuss the current status of esophageal adenocarcinoma screening in BE patients.We aim to provide clinicians with an overview of the ins and outs of the disease,which will help them improve the diagnosis and treatment of BE in clinical practice and provide patients with beneficial treatment.
