中美两国家庭儿童权益保护比较研究

A Comparative Study of the Protection of Children’s Rights in Families in China and USA

本研究对中美两国家庭中亲子的权利与义务、儿童在家庭中的权益保护等问题进行了比较分析，发现我国的家庭儿童权益保护相对薄弱，且存在较多问题，美国的家庭儿童权益保护体系相对健全。研究者认为，美国从提高侵害儿童权益成本角度出发保护儿童权益的做法对我国进一步完善儿童权益保护的相关法律法规具有一定的借鉴意义。

This study compares and analyzes the rights and obligations of children in a family and the protection of children＇s rights in a family in China and USA. The authors found that the protection of children＇s rights in a family in China is rela- tively weak and there exist more problems than USA, and the protection system of children＇s rights in a family in USA is rel- atively more perfect. To protect children＇s rights, USA intentionally increases the cost of infringing children＇s rights, which, the authors believe, provide significant reference for the perfection of related laws and regulations concerning the protection of children＇s rights in China.
