摘要 据外媒报道,德国默克尔政府希望到2020年能让100万辆电动汽车开上德国公路。然而电动汽车的高昂成本和司机对基础设施不足的担忧导致电动汽车在德国的销售一直低迷。德国计划将电动汽车充电站网络覆盖范围扩大至全国,以刺激对电动汽车的低迷需求。 Water is the main reason for highway destruction and is the most direct cause for the damage to highway embankment under construction.Based on the investigation on flood damage disease of a secondary highway under construction in Guangxi, this article analyzed the reasons for embankment flood-damage as well as its forming mechanism, and the results showed that, the geological terrain is the underlying reason,while the embankment construction and heavy rainfall are the external reasons, and the poor embankment drainage is the induction reason.
