摘要
文章采用红外热像仪对沥青路面施工全过程温度进行面域化成像扫描,确定温度分布状况。根据面域温度扫描结果,能够实现沥青路面施工温度符合性检验、温度离析状况分析、施工过程保温状况评价、碾压工艺可靠性评价,提高沥青路面施工管理控制的科学性与准确性。
This article applied the thermal infrared imager to conduct the surface domain imaging scan for the temperature of whole asphalt pavement construction process,and determined the temperature distribution situation.According to the scanning results of surface domain temperature,it can achieve the temperature compliance test of asphalt pavement construction,temperature segregation situation analysis,construction process insulation condition evaluation,and rolling process reliability evaluation,and can improve the scientific and accurate control of asphalt pavement construction management.
