Although the laws,rules and regulations to standardize the bidding activities have been prom-ulgated subsequently,and the bidding regulatory measures and means are continuously improving,there are still some problems in the bidding of engineering construction projects.This article described some common problems in the bidding activities of engineering construction projects,and proposed the corresponding solution recommendations,thereby providing the reference for creating a fair,orderly and efficient bidding environment,and promoting the healthy development of bidding business for engineer-ing construction projects.
