摘要
加强材料管理是控制和降低工程成本的最根本途径。文章阐述了材料管理的意义,从材料供应商管理、采购管理、材料耗用管理三方面分析了目前工程项目材料管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方法,以确保材料成本处于可控范围。
Strengthening the materials management is the most fundamental way to control and reduce engineering costs.This article described the significance of materials management,analyzed the current problems in engineering project material management from three aspects of material supplier management,procurement management,and materials consumption management,and proposed the corresponding solutions,so as to ensure that the material cost is within the controllable range.
