租金是国民收入分配中的重要组成部分,但经济学对租金本质的理解并不明晰,甚至存在诸多冲突之处。本文依次阐述了租金的本质与剩余劳动的关联、租金神秘化的历史条件、租金神秘化的当代发展,并梳理了资本积累的金融化对租金的政治经济学含义的影响。

Rent is an important part of the national income distribution, but the economic understanding of the nature of the rent is not clear,and even there are many conflicts. This paper expounds the relationship between the essence of the rent and the surplus labor,the historical conditions of the rent, the contemporary development of the rent.
