摘要 在全面分析调度自动化运行中网省调及检修沟通的传统工作模式的基础上,研究基于E语言文件交互的自动化缺陷交互功能,设计出在不同调度机构调度管理系统独立运作前提下,突破系统间壁垒的跨单位调度自动化专业缺陷交互业务工作流程,并组织区域内省调联调,使得该功能投入实际生产应用并提高工作效率和自动化专业管理水平。对于类似跨系统间工作管理流程搭建具有一定的借鉴参考和实用价值。 Based on the comprehensive analysis of the traditional communication model between grid and provincial-level dispatching centers and grid maintenance during dispatching automation operation, automation defect interactive function based on E-language file is studied. A workflow of cross-unit dispatching automation defect interactive service which breaks through barriers between systems under the independent operation of operation management system(OMS) of different dispatch centers is designed. And it is debugged and realized between North China power grid and subordinate provincial dispatching centers, which improves the work efficiency and the management level of dispatching automation of North China power grid. The paper can provide some references and has practical value for the construction of similar cross-system work management process.
