我院急诊预检分诊信息系统建设的探讨

Discussion on Construction of the Emergency Triage System in the Hospital

本文针对我院急诊预检信息缺失、预检分诊效率低下、就医环境混乱、急诊患者信息不全的现状,探讨通过建立急诊预检分诊体系,采用符合急诊预检分诊流程的计算机管理软件,使护理人员能快速获取病人基本信息及客观的体征信息,及时准确地划分患者病情等级,为后续诊疗工作提供完整、详尽的评估信息,提高医护人员的工作效率和患者的救治质量。

In view of the status quos in the hospital such as missing emergency triage information, inefficient pre-examination triage, chaotic medical environment and incorrect emergency patients＇ information, this paper explored the establishment of an emergency triage system and use of proper computer management software so as to make it convenient for nursing personnel to quickly access patients＇ information and objective physical signs, and to timely and accurately divide the patients with the disease grade. It also provided complete and detailed assessment information for further diagnosis and treatment; improved the medical staff ＇ working efficiency and the treatment quality for patients; had broad development prospects in emergency rescue process.
