穴位按摩对大学生高血压前期血压的影响

Effect of acupoint massage on blood pressure in college students with prehypertension

目的观察穴位按摩对在校大学生高血压前期血压的影响。方法从新乡医学院三全学院2015级临床本科大学生中筛选出高血压前期患者60例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予改善饮食习惯、戒烟戒酒、限制钠盐摄入及适当运动等一般非药物干预;观察组在一般非药物干预基础上取合谷穴及百会穴进行穴位按摩,6周为1个疗程。比较两组人群血压值的变化。结果两组患者干预1个疗程后平均血压均较干预前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在干预第4、6周收缩压均显著低于对照组,在干预第6周舒张压显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩能够改善高血压前期血压,进而预防和延缓高血压的发生、发展,降低心血管疾病的发生率,但其确切的降压效应仍需进一步研究证实。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint massage on blood pressure in college students with prehyper-tension. Methods Sixty cases of prehypertension were screened from the clinical undergraduates of grade 2015 in our college and randomly divided into the observation and control group ,30 cases in each group. The control group was given the non-drug intervention of improving the dietary habit,quitting smoking and drinking,restricting sodium salt intake and appropriate exercise, while on this basis the observation group conducted the acupoint massage at Hegu and Baihui with 6 weeks as a treatment course. The change of blood pressure values were compared between the two groups. Results The average blood pressure after 1-course intervention in the two groups was significantly reduced compared with before intervention ,the difference was statistically signif-icant（P〈0.05）;the systolic blood pressure at 4,6 weeks of intervention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the diastolic blood pressure at 6 weeks of intervention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint massage can improve pre-hypertensive blood pressure,thus prevents and delays the hypertension occurrence,reduces the incidence of cardiovascular disease;however,its exact hypotensive effect still needs to be verified by further study.
