溃结合剂治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

Clinical study of ulcer- healing decoction on the treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis

目的观察溃结合剂治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将112例慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例,治疗组以溃结合剂口服及灌肠治疗,对照组采用美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效,随访6个月统计复发率。结果治疗组总有效率94.64%,对照组78.57%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。6个月后治疗组复发率11.32%,对照组复发率40.91%,2组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组复发率低于对照组。结论溃结合剂治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,远期复发率低,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of ulcer- healing decoction on the treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis. Methods 112 patients with chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,56 cases in each group. The treatment group received ulcer- healing decoction for oral and clysis,and the control group received mesalazine enteric coated tablet. The treatment course was 4weeks in two groups,and the curative effect was evaluated after two courses. The 6- month recurrence rate was follow- up. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（ 94. 64%） was superion to that in control group（ 78. 57%,P 〈 0. 05）. The recurrence rate in treatment group（ 11. 32%） was obviously lower than that in control group（ 40. 91%,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Ulcer- healing decoction has exact effect on the treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis,with lower long- term recurrence,worthy of clinical application.
