两种髓内固定系统在治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折的临床疗效比较 被引量:11

摘要 近年来,高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折多采用积极的闭合复位髓内固定治疗。我们回顾性分析了2012年8月至2014年6月在我科应用联合加压交锁髓内钉系统(Tri Gen Inter TAN Hip Fracture Nailing Sys-tem,Inter TAN)及股骨近端防旋髓内钉(proximal fem-oral nail antirotation,PFNA)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折67例,报告如下。
