‘郑葡1号’是由‘红地球’ב早玫瑰’杂交选育出的中熟葡萄新品种。果穗圆柱形,平均穗质量685.0g,最大穗质量910.0g。果粒着生极紧,成熟一致,着色一致。果粒近圆形,红色,平均粒质量10.3g。果粒与果柄较难分离。果粉中等厚。每果实含种子2~4粒,多为2粒。果皮无涩味,果肉较脆,无香味。可溶性固形物含量为17.0%,品质中上。果实生育期90d左右,在郑州地区8月上中旬成熟。植株生长势中庸。每结果枝结果1-2穗,2穗居多。叶片对霜霉病较为敏感,果实易感染白腐病。适合在温暖、雨量少的气候条件下种植。进入结果期早,定植第2年开始结果,易早期丰产。棚、篱架均可栽培,以中、短梢修剪为主。
‘Zhengpu 1' is a mid-ripening, table grape with excellent appearance. The seedling was de- rived from a cross between ‘Red globe' and ‘Zaomeigui' in 2007 at experimental field. Through artificial hybridization pollination, 1 322 hybrid seeds were got. It was initially selected in 2010 for its high yield- ing ability and early bearing. After extensive evaluation of the selections in three grape growing regions in Henan province over 4 years from 2011 to 2015, it was finally approved by Henan Provincial Variety Ap- proval Committee in 2015. This cuhivar is medium vigor, hermaphrodite flower and diploid. Young shoots tip is open, yellow-green and smooth. Young leaves are yellow-green. Mature leaves are pentagonal shape with five lobes. The clusters are large, cylinder shape, average cluster weight is 685.0 g, maximum cluster weight is 910.0 g, compact. Berries are round, with red skin color, big size. Average berry weight is 10.3 g. Thin skin, crisp flesh, sweet. The content of soluble solid is 17.0%, no muscat flavor. Seeded, seed num- ber per berry is from 2 to 4. Quality is above average. The berry development period is 90 d and it matures at the mid August in Zhengzhou area. High yield, 36 000 kg-hm-2. It is resistant to drought and cold. Its berry is susceptible to grape white rot, and leave is susceptible to downy mildew. Suitable cultivation area is arid and semi-arid areas. This variety can bear fruits next year after planted, has high yield potential. Vineyard should choose neutral sandy soil which is flat and has ability of moisture and fertilizer retention; ‘Zhengpu 1' is suitable for scaffolding cultivation, short and medium shoot pruning. ‘Zhengpu 1' has high yield ability, pinching and berry thinning to control the yield are recommended.
