摘要
当氧含量不能满足细胞需求时,低氧诱导因子(hypoxia-inducible factors,HIFs)在维持细胞内氧稳态及低氧适应性方面起着至关重要的作用。低氧可显著影响生物体正常发育及疾病进展,尤其是实体瘤的生长。目前,HIFs调节骨肿瘤的发展及转移的机制研究是肿瘤生物学领域的研究重点之一。近年来,多项研究已证实HIFs在骨肿瘤发展方面有着复杂的调控机制,但仍有许多方面没有解决。本文重点对HIFs与骨肿瘤之间的研究进展进行综述。
Hypoxia-inducible factors (HIFs) play an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of cells and the adaptability of hypoxia when the oxygen content is unable to meet the needs of cells. Hypoxia significantly affected the normal development of organisms and the progression of disease, especially the growth of solid tumors. At present, the mechanism of HIFs regulating bone tumor development and metastasis is one of the hot research ifelds of tumor biology. In recent years, many studies have conifrmed that HIFs has a complex regulatory mechanism in the development of bone tumor, but there are still many questions. hTis article reviews the research progress about HIFs and bone tumor.
