摘要
保留肾单位手术是目前治疗局限性肾肿瘤的有效外科手段之一。微创外科手术,特别是近年来发展起来的机器人辅助腹腔镜手术,已经应用于保留肾单位手术中。本文介绍了机器人辅助肾部分切除术目前的应用现状及发展。
Nephron-sparing surgery（NSS）has become one of effective surgical methods for localized small renal mass.Robot-assisted partial nephrectomy is one choice of treatments for the patient with small renal carcinoma and has played an increasing role in the technique of NSS.In this article,we summarize the current situation of robot-assisted partial nephrectomy and highlight the surgical choice and its progress.
