Detection and clinical application of circulating tumor cells in prostate cancer

前列腺癌是男性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)在前列腺癌复发转移中起着关键的作用。近年来,检测CTCs已经应用于监测前列腺癌的转移复发,指导肿瘤治疗等。目前对于CTCs的检测有多种方法,现就近年来国内外CTCs检测方法以及前列腺癌的诊疗进展情况进行综述。

Prostate cancer is one of the commonly diagnosed malignancies in males.Circulating tumor cells（CTCs）play a critical role in the recurrence and metastasis of prostate cancer.In recent years,the detection of CTCs has been used for monitoring the recurrence and metastasis of prostate cancer,guiding treatment decisionmaking in cancer.At present,there are lots of methods to detect CTCs.Here,we set out to review the advances in the detection and the clinical application of CTCs in prostate cancer.
