摘要
在废旧聚酯纺织品醇解试验的基础上,对摩擦造粒、布泡料半自动投料系统及立卧双釜调质调黏工艺进行优化改进,研制了生产能力为2 000 t/a的物化结合法生产超柔软再生复合涤纶短纤维的生产线。结果表明:废旧聚酯纺织品最佳的醇解条件为260℃、m(EG)∶m(PET)=2、m[Zn(AC)2]∶m(PET)=0.002、反应时间2.5~3 h、反应压力0.4~0.5 MPa,并对醇解产物进行了表征。立卧双釜的两级过滤精度及时间分别选用初级过滤精度150目、使用5 h和二级过滤精度150目、使用16 h,过滤效果最好。立式釜为24层,多孔板间距6 mm,熔体停留时间约65 min,增黏幅度最优,改进后的立卧双釜调质调黏的熔体特性黏度达0.635~0.655 d L/g。对并列纺丝工艺及后处理工艺进行改进,并优化改造了生产超柔软再生涤纶短纤维用热定形烘箱。试验制得的再生复合涤纶短纤维手感超级柔软,无疵点,压缩弹性回复率为77%,中空率20%。
On the basis of alcoholysis experiment and optimizing the process of particle-forming,semi-automatic feeding system,vertical horizontal quality and viscosity adjustment system,the ultra soft recycled composite polyester staple fiber with capacity of 2 000 t/a was produced.The results showed that the best alcoholysis conditions for waste polyester textiles were:m(EG):m(PET)=2,m[Zn(AC)2]:m(PET)=0.002,2.5~3 h,0.4~0.5 MPa.In the vertical horizontal quality and viscosity adjustment system,the combination of primary filtration precision 150 mesh,5 h and secondary filtration precision 150 mesh,16 h was proved to be the best.Through adjusting the layers of porous plates to 24,the space between the plates to 6 mm and the residence time to 65 min,the intrinsic viscosity increased to 0.635~0.655 dL/g.The spinning and posttreatment process technology were improved and optimized the heat setting oven to produce recycled composite polyester staple fiber with zero defect content,77%compression resilience ratio and 20%hollow ratio.
