摘要
混凝土泵送主油缸活塞在越过换向检测油口时,受油缸导向带和活塞环泄漏的影响,信号检测油口输出压力不足将降低混凝土泵液压系统可靠性。该文利用逆向思维,通过优化主油缸活塞结构形式,主动增大活塞环的泄漏来提高进信号检测油口输出压力,并以此来解决压差不足和作用时间短的技术难题。
When pumping cylinder piston gets over reversing detecting oil port, influenced by oil cylinder guide belt and piston ring leakage, insufficiency of the output pressure of signal detecting oil port will reduce the hydraulic system reliability of concrete pump. This paper adopts reverse thinking to increase the output pressure of detecting oil port by optimizing cylinder piston structure type and actively increasing piston ring leakage and thus solves the technical difficulties of insufficient differential pressure and short acting time.
