摘要
由于工程机械的机罩具有体积较大,翻起困难的特点,对机器的维修工作带来不便,此时需要安装气弹簧来解决该问题。一般气弹簧铰点位置设计都会通过参考同种机型的位置来布置新机型,这样的开发过程带有盲目性,缺乏科学的严谨性,该文现通过力学原理分析,并采用与EXCEL软件相结合的方法,可以快速有效地设计出气弹簧。
The engineering machinery always has hoods of big size, difficult to be turned, which brings inconvenience to machine repair work. Installing gas spring solves the problem at this time. Generally, gas spring hinge point location design process is referring to the position of the old similar models to decorate a new one, which is blindness, and lack of scientific basis. By doing mechanics analysis combined with the using of EXCEL software, we can quickly and efficiently design gas spring hinge point location.
