摘要
为了使小型液压挖掘机回转制动过程更加平稳以及制动能量得到回收,提出了一种具有防反转功能的回转制动能量回收系统。通过AMESim软件建立系统仿真模型并进行分析,对能量回收仿真结果进行了模拟试验验证。结果表明:防反转控制有效消除了转台制动时的反转摇晃;在重载工况下,蓄能器仿真得到的能量回收率为64.9%,试验得到的能量回收率为69.2%,达到了良好的节能效果。
In order to make the braking process more stable and the braking energy is recovered, a rotary braking energy recovery system with anti reversal function is proposed. The system simulation model was established by AMESim software and the simulation results were verified by the simulation test. The results show that the anti reversal control can effectively eliminate the reverse shaking during braking; under heavy load conditions of accumulator simulation get the energy recovery rate is 64.9% ,test get the energy recovery rate is 69.2%, which achieves a good energy saving effect.
