摘要
该文介绍了一种直动型双向溢流阀的结构工作原理,计算分析了其受力平衡方程,对影响该阀正反向的启闭特性因素进行了分析,通过性能试验,结果表明:双向溢流阀的正反向开启压力很难做到相近,正反向的启闭特性曲线滞环大,对阀芯制造精度要求高,不易保证,制造难度大。
This paper introduces a direct acting type crossover relief valve's structure, working principle, calculated and analyzed its force balance equations, on the impact of the valve is the reverse opening and closing characteristics factors were analyzed, through the performance test, the results show that: reverse crossover relief valve opening pressure is hard to be similar, is the reverse on and off characteristics curve hysteresis large, on the spool manufacturing precision demanding, not easy to guarantee, the difficulty in manufacturing.
