输尿管内翻性乳头状瘤癌变伴同侧肾细胞癌、膀胱移行细胞癌1例报告

摘要 输尿管内翻性乳头状瘤并不少见,伴癌变者临床上极为少见,2011年6月杭州市第一人民医院泌尿外科收治1例右侧输尿管内翻性乳头状瘤癌变伴同侧肾细胞癌病例。现报告如下。1临床资料患者,男性,64岁,主诉间歇性无痛性全程肉眼血尿8个月,伴下腹坠胀感,有高血压病史3年,有吸烟史（10支/天×30年）,否认有肿瘤家族史。查体：血压：156/96mm Hg,T 36.5℃,双肾区无叩击痛,双输尿管行径区无压痛,
