摘要
目的了解医学院学生人文关怀能力现状,探讨提高医学生人文关怀能力的对策。方法采用人文关怀能力评价量表(CAI)和自制调查表对某医学院309名医学生进行调查。结果医学院学生人文关怀能力各维度得分低于国外常模(P<0.05);关于提高医学生的人文关怀能力的途径,94.2%的学生选择参加帮助他人的社会实践活动,66.3%的学生选择临床护理实践,57.9%的学生赞成学校开设相关的人文课程。结论医学院院学生人文关怀能力水平较低,医学院应完善人文关怀教育体系,定期组织学生参加社会实践,并和实习医院一起塑造良好的医院人文环境,提高医学生的人文关怀能力。
Objective To understand the current status of humanistic carecapacity and explore the countermeasuresto enhance the capacity of medical students. Methods A total of 309 medical students were investigated with Caring Ability Inventory(CAI) and self-designed questionnaires. Results The score of every aspect of CAI was lower than that of the international norm(P〈0.05). Totally 94.2% of students would like to participatein the social practice in order to enhance their humanistic carecapacity; while 66.3 % of the students chose the clinical nursing practice and 57.9% of students thought the college should establish relevant humanistic courses. Conclusion Thehumanistic carecapacity of medical students is low. Therefore, the authority of medical college should improve the humanistic care education system,organize students to participate in social practice regularly, and create humanistic hospital environment together with the practice hospitals, in order to improve the humanistic carecapacity of medical students.
