萘乙酸施用浓度与方式对烟叶烟碱含量的影响

Effects of NAA Application Content and Method on Nicotine Concentrations of Flue-cured Tobacco

探寻烤烟打顶后萘乙酸(NAA)的最佳施用技术。以云烟85为试材,对比萘乙酸不同施用浓度与方式对烤烟产量、产值、质量及烟碱含量的影响。结果表明:仅有喷施50 mg/L的萘乙酸处理烟叶产量显著低于对照,其他所有处理烟叶产量与对照均未达到显著差异。喷施50 mg/L、100 mg/L及涂抹200 mg/L萘乙酸处理烟叶产值显著低于对照,其他所有处理烟叶产值与对照均未达显著差异。无论采用喷施或涂抹方式,不同浓度萘乙酸处理均明显提高中上部烟叶比例,烟碱含量更加适宜。综合评价,喷施100 mg/L或涂抹50 mg/L萘乙酸的技术值得在生产上应用。

To explore the optimal way of NAA after tobacco topping, the effects of NAA under different application content and method after topping on yield, market value, quality and nicotine content of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that the yield under spraying 50 mg/L NAA treatment was significantly lower compared with CK, while there were no significant differences among the others treatments. The market value of tobacco leaves was significantly lower by spraying50 mg/L, 100 mg/L and daubing 200 mg/L of NAA after topping, while output value under the others treatments showed slight differences. By using methods of spraying or daubing, NAA could result in more middle and upper leaves, and more suitable nicotine content. Comprehensively consideration, spraying 100 mg/L or daubing 50 mg/L of NAA after topping could improve the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, which was worth applying in the flue-cured tobacco production.
