摘要
以福建省安溪白濑林场国家级林木良种基地选择收集保存的6种不同地理种源的家系福建柏种子实生育苗取得的多项性状调查数据,利用SPSS20.0软件分析研究不同种源家系福建柏生长性状和生物量性状遗传变异差异和相关性分析,结果表明:不同种源家系福建柏实生苗之间苗高、地径、总根长、总根体积存在显著差异,变异值最大的为地上干重达117.58%,最小的为地径只有15.38%。遗传相关分析表明,总根体积与总根长遗传相关系数达到0.866,地下鲜重与地上鲜重遗传相关系数达0.773。
Based on character data of six species of different geographical Fokienia hodginsii(Dunn) Henry et selected in Bailai State-owned Forest, Anxi County, Fujian Province, this paper studied growth character and genetic variation of biomass character of different provenance of Fokienia hodginsii(Dunn) Henry et with SPSS20.0 software. Results showed significant differences in seedling height, diameter, total root length and total root volume of different provenance of Fokienia hodginsii(Dunn) Henry et with maximum variation of ground dry weigh of 117.58% versus 15.38%. Genetic correlation analysis showed that the total root volume and total root length genetic correlation coefficient reached 0.866, and the correlation coefficient of ground fresh weight and underground fresh weight gene reached 0.773.
