摘要
研究了超声电机较长时间运行时温度上升,导致了定子的共振频率下降进而使机体的转速下降的非线性问题。对超声电机的多种非线性进行了简要分析,然后针对这种非线性问题,基于弧极电压的频率跟踪方法设计了一套有效的控制电路,通过上位机软件编程使电机的这种非线性现象显示出来。最后在试验平台的基础上,对超声电机的这种非线性处理前后的结果进行了比较,验证了采用此方法及其控制电路提高了超声电机的稳定性和可靠性。
The non-linear phenomena was researched which affected on ultrasonic motor speed stability because of the resonance frequency of the stator decrease when it run in a long time. A variety of ultrasonic motor' non-linear phenomena were analyzed secondly, to the non-linear question, the effective hardware circuitry based on frequency tracking method of arc voltage was designed, and it was represented visually that the motor's state by PC software programming. Finally, based on the experiments, the two states which the non-linear phenomena effected motor'stability was compared. These results found that the method and the hardware circuitry improve the motor speed stability and operation performance.
