战略性新兴产业的金融支持效率评价及影响因素研究——以江苏省为例

Efficiency Evaluation and Influencing Factors in Financial Support of Strategic Emerging Industries in Jiangsu Province

基于战略性新兴产业领域的上市公司数据,应用DEA-Tobit两阶段方法,对江苏省战略性新兴产业的金融支持效率及其影响因素进行了评估。结果表明,金融支持江苏省战略性新兴产业的综合效率没有实现最优,总体效率(Malmquist指数)趋势也是下降的,这与金融技术水平、金融体制机制、金融发展环境有关,需从这几个方面采取针对性的对策。

Based on the listed companies＇ data of strategic emerging industries, the efficiency of the financial support of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu province and its influencing factors were evaluated by DEA-Tobit two-stage method. The results showed that the overall efficiency of the financial support strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu province did not achieve optimal. And the trend of overall efficiency （Malmquist index） was declining, which was related to the financial institutional mechanisms, financial technology level and financial development environmental. So that, the targeted measures should be taken.
