资源联结与企业网络化成长路径关系——以海洋装备制造企业为例

Empirical Study on the Relationship of Resource Coupling and Enterprise Networking Growth Path:An Example of Offshore Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise

通过网络获取成长资源已经成为企业成长的典型特征。尽管特定网络嵌入模式可能提供的资源优势不同已经得到了众多学者的共识,然而这种网络资源联结的异质性对企业成长路径具有怎样的影响却是一个悬而未决的问题。在综合现有研究基础上,以海洋装备制造企业为例,构建了资源联结各维度与企业网络化成长路径之间的关系模型,并运用大样本问卷调查和AMOS18.0工具对理论假设进行了验证。研究发现,信息、关系、技术资源联结对海洋装备制造企业网络化成长路径的选择有显著影响,且这三种资源联结维度的作用路径又存在一定的差异。

Obtaining growth resource through network has been a kind of typical characteristic for the enterprise development. Although the academia and practitioners have recognized the difference of resource superiority resulting from the certain network embeddedness model, how this kind of heterogeneity of network resource coupling can influence enterprise growth path remains unanswered. Based on literature review and field study, taking an example as offshore equipment building enterprises, it puts forward the relationship model between resource coupling dimensionalities and networking growth path, and uses survey data and AMOS method to prove the theoretical assumption. The results show that such three kinds of resource coupling as information, relationship and technology have the significant influence on the networking growth path of offshore equipment manufacturing enterprises. Moreover, the role paths of resource coupling dimensionalities are of some diversities.
